Product Designer

Designing intuitive, human-centered experiences for people who are often overlooked, where real research meets purposeful design and every screen earns its place.

I'm Sapna, a UX designer who believes the best digital experiences are the ones people never have to think about—intuitive, purposeful, and built around real human needs.

I'm drawn to problems that matter. Whether it's designing for underserved communities, untangling complex user flows, or shaping a product from the ground up. I bring curiosity, care, and a sharp eye for clarity to everything I make.

My work lives at the intersection of product thinking and empathy. I don't just design screens, I ask why they need to exist, who they're really for, and what they should feel like to use.

Research & Immersion

I start by understanding the space deeply - secondary research, competitor analysis, Reddit threads, articles - until the problem feels real and the gaps become obvious.

Question Before Solution

Before I touch Figma, I sit with the problem. I write out the questions I can't answer yet, the assumptions I'm making, and what I'd need to know to design with confidence. The solution only comes after the right question does.

Structure First, Detail Later

I build the skeleton before the skin ,information architecture, user flows, component hierarchy. I need to know how everything connects before I decide how anything looks.

Design, Then Bring It Alive

I design in Figma and push interfaces beyond static screens , prototyping interactions, and where the project calls for it, animating with Jitter or Rive to communicate motion and feel, not just layout.
